Default Not Skunked Today

Shot two more skunks today!

I carry a .410 Snake Charmer with me on the tractor when I do controlled burns...

It comes in really handy for skunks and other small varmints. I just use the 2-3/4" shells with 1/2 oz of 7-1/2's and it does a great job at close range.

It's cylinder bore with an 18-1/8" barrel and 28-5/8" overall length which makes it legal. You basically shoot it like a pistol. The extension behind the grip is just to add length. It also has a sliding trap door in the butt that holds three extra shells.

That thing is bad arse!!! I have popped a couple of skunks over the years...they were getting my grey geese. 3", 1 1/4 - 2's and a bright light did the trick....
